Instructions
In order to register for access, you must obtain a registration code. Send an email from your work address to Nick Serrano to gain access. You can look him up in the Outlook address book. If you are not at work, you can log into your work email to request access by using webmail. You will need your security token.
If you have already gotten your registration code:
Step 1: Registration Code
Please enter your registration code and note that it is case sensitive.
Step 2: Seniority Date
Please enter your seniority date by month, day, and year to confirm your registration code.
Step 3: Verification
Please verify that the following information is correct. Click the checkbox next to any information that you wish to change or dispute.
